I had money taken out of my account without me knowing on 31/01/2014 by mwc loans I phoned on the 1st feb to be told I would have a refund in 7 days had recieved nothing the second called I made the person on the other end was really rude I asked to speak to a manager and she put the phone down on me , when I called back I spoke to a different person and was told it takes up to 30 days which was the 17 th march and guess what still no money back , phoned back on 19 th to be told I should have it by the end of the week iam not sure what to do now
