I gave Ebiz services 395.00 on 11/25/2013 for a website to set up a home business. I then gave them 5500.00 for leads and for them to be worked on 12/03/2013. I was to get a call back from them on 12/23/2013 to let me know how my business leads were doing. I never received the call. I tried calling dozens of times in the next few days and no one would answer and all mail boxes were full. When I was able to leave a voice mail, no one would return my calls. I also could not use my ebiz website that I paid for! I called the number on my website to see what was wrong. They said that they could not help me with my leads or website, because they didn't receive payment. I thought the company I gave my money to was Ebiz, but they said that this company had contracted Ebiz to work their leads and had not paid them to do so. My transaction receipts all say Ebiz, so I am not sure what happened to the money I gave to have my website and leads worked on. I did not get a working website, nor did my leads get worked because they supposedly did not get paid by whoever I gave my money to. My credit card company is working on this, but said I will likely not get my money back. I got nothing from this contract. Not even a working website!!!
