I was looking for flowers to send to a person in the hospital, I was promised same day delivery. The flowers never arrived that day, or the next. And they never called to let me know that the flowers were not delivered. I called the next day and spoke to sarah or megan who then offered a refund or to resend the flowers. I opted for the refund, which was promised to be in my bank account in 3 -5 days. I called three times today and was told they switched servers and this was the cause of the delay and now my money will be there in 2 days.
