i had money taking out my account on the 2/12/13 and 16/12/13 and that totals up to £71.65 i needed that money for xmas and NOW they are refusing to refund me if they havent refunded me by monday morning i will be getting my banks fraud squad involved the police my solicitor and trading standards so get refunding NOW or police will be banging at your doors
