I ordered a chargeable phone case from them on dec 26. And it said I didn't have to do anything after paying. And the case would be shipped to my house. After 8 weeks I emailed about it saying that I hadn't even gotten any confirmation it was ever shipped.
I got this as a response
"We apologize for this delay in receiving your products. We understand that it is frustrating, however, the merchant has recently updated us regarding these orders. The merchant has advised that there was quite a delay in receiving the stock for these orders, but has confirmed that all orders have been shipped. We will be receiving tracking numbers for the orders shortly. You should be receiving your products shortly."
Well that was feb 21st, and now another month has gone by. No tracking number, no product. So I asked for a refund and got this answer.
I apologize for the delay in receiving your order. As per DealTicker’s refund policy (found here: http://www.dealticker.com/refund_policy_en_265cms.htm) full monetary refunds are given under the following conditions, as long as all conditions are met:

(a) The voucher was not redeemed
(b) The refund was requested within 7 days of purchase
(c) The fine print of said purchased voucher does not state “no refunds”

Unfortunately, given that we are unable to meet the following guidelines mentioned above, a monetary refund is currently not available.

However, we would like to ensure 100% satisfaction for all purchases made through our website and would like to offer you compensatory credit back to your DealTicker account for the current purchase in question.

We look forward to your response and to apply the credit instantaneously to your account upon receipt of such confirmation.

So basically I am SOL because I am sure if I use my credit, I will receive nothing again and get another credit. Vicious circle.

Do not buy from them. I am only out $20, but there are others that are out more. This site is a scam!
