I was trying to update my drivers license with my new address on 1/25/14, paid 14.00 and kept waiting and waiting for my new drivers license to arrive. It is now 3/21/14 and I have not received my new drivers license. I looked up the transaction from my bank on-line and it came up as scam that has been going.
