I explained my connection problems, they kept my phone tied up from noon to 6:00 p.m. and they never fixed my problem - even calling in a "supervisor" to help. I don't feel they do anything more than play with the p.c. remotely and I pray they didn't take any of my information from it for their own use. They said I can call back 4 more times but what's the use, they didn't fix it. It's just a scam for payment up front. I asked for my money back and they said they didn't guarantee to fix it, only to diagnose.
