I did not see the fine print about not canceling within 14 days or however long it was when I ordered the trial bottle. I was charged $89.95 for the next bottle which never came. They said they would refund my money and sent me a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by email. Obviously, I could not return anything because I had not received anything. This is how they operate: They never send the product and charge the customer for it. If the customer complains, they say they will refund the money if the customer returns the product. Quite the scam!!!
