I have been writing to a man for some time who said he wanted to come to the states and live together. But he needed some help shipping his boxes over to the states. He said he would pay me back once he got here. We talked on web cam and this is when I discovered he did not look like the man in the picture he sent me. I wrote both him and the supposingly courier co. about giving my money back, threatening to go to the law, and have not heard from either since. I hav tried to search their IP address but they have it looped some how. How could I track these individuals down.
