I tried to book 5 tickets via this website and the prices on Alitalia were USD 393 vs 484 for same itinerary on other websites. I thought it was a great bargain! But when i proceeded to payment, a message came out saying that the credit card cannot be accepted as there is currently a problem with the system. The message also stated that the company will reserve the tickets for 48 hours, during which it will contact me to decide upon the payment method. I felt fishy about this website and thank God, i did not provide my credit card details. I searched online about its credibility until i came here to scambook and found another person writing a complaint about this website.
