I spoke with Josh numerous times and he said he had a 2014 Respironics oxygen concentrator, in excellent condition, 3 year warranty and had been returned by customer for a lower pulse settin unit. Josh sent an email for signature and someone had alreadysigned it. Unit arrived 3/12/14, no paperwork or booklet was included as he had promised.I charged it overnight and one of the batteries would not charge. I called Josh and he referred me to Eric or David in tech support. I said you supposedly tested it, and he said "things happen". It would be $53.00 to ship another battery overnight in order to use the unit on our trip. I said I would like to return the unit and then I was told it would be $400 plus shipping. I said Josh had not told me that, he guaranteed the unit. A check of the serial number showed the unit was 3 years old, warranty expred on 3/6/14 and the model had been discontinued in 2013, and was purchased from
Respironics. These units can be the difference between life or death. The BBB has had numerous complaints regarding this company and online reviews have similar complaints. 1st class medical needs to be closed ASAP.
