In October of 2013 I ordered books from a college student who was selling them door to door to raise tuition money. The books were ordered through NCS, 5775 Soundview Dr., Suite 103C, Gig Harbor, WA. The books were to be delivered in 120 days. I waited that long plus another month and then called to find out where they were. The number on the receipt 253-851-8414 has been disconnected. After doing some research I found another number 602-978-4700 and called it. It's a company called Fulfillment Services. The person there confirmed my order and gave me a tracking number. She had no information regarding NCS but was able to tell me that my books had been shipped late last week. I know there are numerous complaints on your website for NCS. Please let those people know the new number to try to get resolution for their complaints.
