The company Vitawellness Store advertised Belle Complex and Hydradiance for trial period of paying only for the shipping fee of $5.26 and $7.87. After 18 days, on February 2nd and February 6th, I was charged $101.52 & $91.14 on my credit card. I called the company right away on February 19th to question about the charge. I was told the trial period was for 18 days, and if I didn't return the bottles, I will be charged right away for the full bottle. I told them to cancel my subscription right away. I was told by the employee on the phone that there will be no more shipping to me and the company will refund me with $44.98.
Today, I received my credit card statement of another charge of $101.93. I called the 1-800 number. I was told another bottle was shipped to me which I never received.
The floor manager keep implying that Canada Post delivered the product and I was lying about not receiving it. This company has made false advertisement on their product and basically has been telling people that ... that's the way we do business, because of your greed, you have suck it up.
