I have been receiving phone call from Jamaica, sometimes on a daily to weekly basis. I have caller id and normally don't bother answering the phone, but today I answered it. and I was told that I had won 4th prize of $50,000.00. I had to go to either CVS, Walgreens or Walmart and purchase a Reload scratch card for $199.00. I asked where he was calling from and he said Wash.D.C. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and that this was just a scam He denied it and kept up with the sales pitch.
My question: Is there anyway to tell the stores that this is scam deel and not to sell those cards to misguided people?
