Do not have any address details have returned goods to po box 13511 Linithgow EH49 7YH but not received any money's back or letter of confirmation of receipt of goods have a post office receipt as proof of return and tracked return I foolishly ordered a rtvl cream for £2.99. Post &packing and did not see any terms and conditions to say I had ordered these goods monthly I did not order any further items but they keep sending me them they took £95.95 on the 12/3/2014 from my account. I also ordered Equinox cream and lost £95.00 on that too plus the £7.00 to return it but managed to put a stop on the card unknown to myself I had paid for the rtvl with a different card and had not checked my statements till today I have had two payments of £95.95 taken from my account which I have now put. A stop on but I don't know how to get back any monies outstanding
