They told me I had won a free gift...and only had to pay $4.95 for starter kit. They did NOT say anything about signing up for trial membership. Then later when the sent the order confirmation, it said they would be sending refills after 15 days...but IF you cancelled before the 15 days, you would have to pay full kit amount. I was surprised when I paid an extra $29.99 for 10 extra cig....and then when they sent 10 more after 15 days, it was $99.99! No place did it say they would charge that much. When I called to complain, they said I could keep the 10 cig and they would refund $70 and send me an email...they did neither. I cancelled my membership, but afraid they will continue to charge my credit card.
