I ordered a CANON 100-400 lens, and was right away talked into buying a sigma 70-300. I was billed $1100. I was skeptical of buying Sigma and went ahead with it only when they said that I could exchange the lens with no extra cost. A week later I returned the lens and exchanged it for the CANON 100-400. 3 weeks after the phone call for an exchange I still had not received the lens, I mailed 8 to 10 times , no reply. I called them and they would put me on hold for 45 mins before coming back and asking what the issue was again.
After finally getting angry and screaming at them , the said the lens was being shipped from Japan and that's why they could not tell me when I would get the shipment. After 2 months of placing my initial order I received the lens. But with no paperwork or receipt of the purchase. I had also purchased a protection plan with the lens in case of accidental damage , I did not receive any paperwork for that either. Last week I called them and reminded them that its been 4 months since i placed the initial order , They have charged me $2100 and they still have not sent me the paper work for the protection plan or the Receipt for the transaction.

U DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANY STUFF FROM HERE.
