this company took £69.72 from my bank i have tried to contact them on their number & get put through to music, i have written to them directly asking for a full refund and also reported it to my bank fraud department at LLOyds TSB, i never agreed to their terms or signed up for their services, i believe they apply for loans on line & charge a fee then take money monthly. They are affiliated with Click4profit ltd and cash locator and their reply email is the same for all 3 companies. i had an email from ian@click4profit who said that i had to supply my number and they would look into my case and all i was entitled to was half the money back, this is highly irregular its theft, data protection means that they cant keep my details on their system i never agreed to any of their terms and their is no proof of contract. Friday 14/march 2014 was the first id ever heard of this company when i found that they had taken £69.72 from my account. The next step is 'the insolvency' who investigate companies. ive also reported it to police action fraud, it's very upsetting for people i can see that many other people have been scammed by the same company after looking on line.
