I ordered a free 14 day trial of Equinox Ski Vital and Equinox Skin Anti Aging on March 8, 2014, never received the free trial and March 24th, 2014 a total of $193.53 has been put on my debit charge card. Per the company representative the items were not shipped until March 17th, 2014, almost 14 days of the free trial. Company representative very rude and they refuse to refund the money. The original order was for shipping charges only., the company rep informed me I apparently did read the find print., they would automatically begin montly charges for this product.
