E-Cigs Brand used a phishing scam to get me to sign up for a "free" trial of their product. The scam was a fake poll for Chrome users, where you were offered one of three free gifts at the end. Upon giving them $4.95 for shipping and handling, I received an email stating that I was enrolled in a membership, where e-cigs will ship me refills automatically every two week. I called to cancel the order, and was told that I can't cancel. In the email, its states that if I opt out at any time during the free trial I will be charged approximately $120.
