Don't do it. We ordered birthday flowers for delivery in North Carolina. Paid $30 extra for same-day delivery, which the receipt guaranteed. Flowers never showed up. We called, waited on hold forever until they finally disconnected the call. It was expensive for us since we were calling FROM SWEDEN!!! Called back, put on hold for another five minutes. Called back, clicked "1" for sales instead of "2" for service on a previous order...salesman answered in less than one minute. Promised a call-back. Have not heard anything from them. Sent emails, got no response. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! WE LOST $70 THROUGH THESE LOSERS. Gonna try to get recourse through my bank tomorrow.
They claimed they delivered through Wesley Berry Flowers. Different phone number for those guys but the exact same voice recording on hold...and same elevator music. Elaborate scam.
The Michigan BBB (Better Business Bureau) certifies them DESPITE SEVERAL THOUSAND COMPLAINTS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. Crazy.
