I want to submit a complain for above mention company that is a freight forwarding company located in Shenzhen China, company own by the Mr.Eric who change his name simultaneously.

the way he blackmailed you by offering lowest freight rates and then never release the Bill of Lading until unless he will received the desired money from you.so be careful from these kind of fake companies, we report to the Shipping line in China and Freight association in China CIFA but no one help us out till the that, and that bastard doing the same sending mail to the peoples and capture them and then blackmail them because he will not gonna release the original documents and after the cargo arrival you will face heavy storage and detention charges applied by the shipping line if you will not pay him desired money he will not release the original documents and you have no option left behind.

so be careful and do your business with authentic companies around the world.
