I nerver request them for another shipping. They took my money 2 months and charged me for $410. I called VISA but they says if I buy anything on line and gave my pin #,the Visa will not cover. I called the company they said I didn't cancel the product in 14 days and they won't give me back my money for the second time they said they send the product yesterday so they only give me back $90. I said that I want to return it and they said I can't so I lost $300 plus and have to change a new Visa to stop them take money from my account and I also call them to cancel my other so they cannot give anymore billing. I WANT TO TELL EVERYBODY THIS COMPANY JUST WANT TO TRAP OUR MONEY AND THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SEND I STILL DIDN'T USE BECAUSE IT 'S NOT LOOK QUALITY AT ALL.
