while looking into the amazon kindle I stumbled upon bidrack. I was interested in the website and saw that they offer a free membership. So I began the steps toward creating account. Because I read the account was free, I opted to not purchase a bidpackage when give the opportunity. I was just checking out the site, I didn't want to buy anything I just wanted to look into how the whole thing works. Well as soon as I completed the steps I noticed that I had credits on my account. I thought they gave me something for free; however, when I checked my bank account, I realized that Bidrack took the liberty to give me one of their more expensive bid package for $99 without my consent. I tried to call them for a refund because I don't plan on using their platform for anything and they told me I can only inquire about refunds through email. Now, I have been told that they have a very strict refund policy and no refunds are awarded. I did not even chose to accept those purchases and I was never sent a confirmation of my account; whereas, any other website I am immediately sent an email confirming my information. The company implements deceiving, misleading and unethical behavior that I believe should be stopped.
