They got me. I don't remember exactly what the page looked like where I paid $4.95 for a "starter kit", but I know for sure that this was deceptive advertising and it makes me angry. When I spoke to the rep, named Gerard, I did not express anger, since I knew that would get me nowhere. So I told him he's technically in the right, but please do me the favor, as I cannot afford this $119 charge and it was not at all obvious that I would get charged ever again. His response, of course, was: "The terms and conditions were there, if you didn't read them well..." I again pleaded with him, but all I got was 20% refunded, and canceled my account. Scumbags.
