I ordered two free samples from the above company from an advert on Facebook.The free sample was a months supply of two products Equinox an Repairederma serum.postage was charged and they charged me postage twice on one product.I emailed them twice about this but have not been reimbursed.today I checked my bank and they have taken out two amounts of 95.00 and 89.00 pounds.I have spoken to them and they say when I signed the terms and conditions I agreed to pay the full amount.At no time did I knowingly agree to this.They have agreed to reimburse me 30 pounds for each product.They have confirmed it in an email but no mention of they amount.they say wait 4 working days for it to appear.I am not optimistic.This is one huge scam and I told them so.
