I signed up for trail membership offer, although i tried cancelling they still debited my accound for $ 49.00.

I sent an email with their online message system - No Response. I called many times and eventually got through. When i did i explained my complaint and Howard tried to explain that there is specific wording which allows them to debit your account without authorization when you sign trial offer. I rejected this and requested refund, he then stated he emailed me the request for refund form 4 times to 2 separate email addresses while i stayed online with him - guess what, it still has not come through! I requested that he mail it to which he replied "They wont be happy about that .. we are short staffed!!!" What the Hell? Total Scam - Avoid at all Costs!!!
