Booked vacation with Clayton Hansen. Next day received a docusign statement to sign. After I signed the document called merchant to schedule dates. I start receiving the around. This lasted for about a month. Became frustrated and contacted card service and filed a complaint. Merchant submitted the docusign statement to card company to make their company appear legit. Spoke to a different rep Samantha Liu from First Travel (SVC). When I asked question, she rudely hung up the telephone. When I called back several times they did not answer. The company is a phony. After they get your money, you won't get what you paid for.
