As new home owners my wife and I decided to get a security system, everything went well with the installation and the system seemed to work good until we had our first problem with the system. We called Vector to get them to come out and fix the problem but we could not get threw to them on the phone. We called multiple times but couldn't reach anyone. I decided to not pay the next bill because the service wasn't working and I couldn't get them on the phone, sure enough they called me complaining about their money. I told them about what was wrong with the system and that I needed them to come out and fix it. When it was fixed I said I'd pay them in full the bill I owed and the next month also. They said they'd come out and fix it,they never did. I didn't pay the bill again got another call tried to get them to come out again and fix their problem and same thing again. I refused to pay for a service that wasn't working so they sent me up to the credit bureau saying I owed them 2,000 dollars they never tried to fix the problem and only demanded me pay them. I was scammed by these people do not go threw them for business.
