I opened an account with $800 late last year, i traded for a few months and found it to be not for me, nothing bad or weird just not my favorite way to make money with options. After i lost and won trading, i just wanted to close the account and use the money somewhere else. I have been trying to verify my information with them since mid January. Every time i get a response i am told in an email that the credit card i am sending in has the corners not all the way in the picture. I assure you that all my documents adhere to their guidelines. I have also sent in ALL required documents to make a withdrawal, and they will not message me with the confirmation. So to conclude, even after me sending in all the required documents, I am still not able to withdraw. I am one of the only ones who followed all their rules to the letter and I am still being ignored. STAY AWAY FROM BANC DE BINARY.
