I bought some sunglasses off a website and Points and Network were supposed to be chinese equivalent of Paypal. Anyway bought 'guaranteed authentic' sunglasses and they were anything but and were not even the correct brand and were still fake and of the poorest quality. Well I returned them straight back and notified them and they said no problem refund within 7 days to a month as that is when there billing cycle is....3 months late and dozens of emails chasing up from me and still no refund just them telling me that it takes 1-2 billing cycles and they have refunded and any day I will receive...we are going in into the 4th month and still nothing. Only response I get now is they will do a trace with the bank....they have said this as there response to everything.
