Purchased Avanquest's Business Edition Design and Print Program @ a local OfficeMax store. When going to install the program, it asked for the registration key - which there was not one in/on the package. Since then I have called (spoke to a c.s. rep who was very rude) stating that if I wanted a rebate/refund I could find the information on their website, and have emailed a total of 4 times to try to get resolution. With each email I send, I get a response saying someone will be back in touch with me within 2 business days. The most I have received is an (1) email stating that they sent me an email 2 days prior.
All I want is a program that works. With the poor customer service response I have received, and the attitude of the company representatives, I will probably never purchase another Avanquest Product.
