like liz i order on line did not receive my trial pack until sat 29/3/14, also no name or contact, i did not see that i had signed up for money to come out of my accountonly to trial the creams, my bank notified me of the money coming out of my account through them i was able to locate the company, i also had trouble when telephoning them, sheer rudness also given the name of andrew smith, lewis carl and mr davies which two of them where hard to understeand. i have ask for a full refund of my money, to all others out there be aware.
