He said he was a representative from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He said I was one of 1500 chosen to receive a Government Grant of $ 10,200.00. He said research was done and I was found to be starting a small business and did not have a criminal record so I was eligible for the grant.
I would be given a approval code, but first he needed my charge card # or bank account numbers so they could deposit the grant money within 30 minutes. I hung up. I captured two
phone numbers: 202 697-7222 and 215 273-3069. When I called them back, the numbers were rejected. I hope none falls for this.
