on ordering the trial sample of rvtl anti aging cream and equinoxday and night serum i found my bank account has been debited with $99 on the 1-2014 well before the trial period is finished the advert is misleading and i was unaware that i would be billed for more of the product and do not wish to recieve any more i would expect to have my money refunded in full the company are obviously scamming there trusting customers and need to be investigated the fact that there are very few ways of contacting the company eg no email address only an address in america and on the terms and conditions a phone number in america and no details of any complaints dept
