Ordered a trial sample of Equinox Day & Night Serum and RTVL cream at a total cost of £7. 94 for which I sent my card details. Nowhere on the packaging or the accompanying leaflet was it made clear that if I did not cancel/notify them within 14 days they would send further orders each month. In fact no paperwork was enclosed with the samples at all and no confirmation was received. On the 5th March two amounts of £89 and £95 were debited from my account by this company and on 25th March a further £95 and £99 were debited and products arrived in the post. These have been returned unopened but the company are refusing to refund my money.
