ordered trial sized equinox skin cream and day/night antiaging serum - ad said get trial size of each and pay only for shipping...now i find i was sent the full size of each and they charged full price of $93 and $99 on 3/10/14 on my credit card. i let it go and chalked it up to being stupid to order..then i find on my statement and mail that they sent another one of each on 3/25/14 and charged my account $99.95 and $105.95 and they automatically send and bill me every 30 days for them now also....i never ordered anymore than the trial size..when i called them today, i cancelled it and they won't let me return the last pkgs nor refund and admitted they never sent the trial sized as they never offered the trial sized amounts...i have lost over $400 because i was stupid to try something trial for wrinkles...i would never pay the full price as billed as found not only is it expensive but it doesn't work anyway...i should never have fallen for the false advertising...nothing ever came with the 2nd pkgs either telling me i was being billed and sent automatically every 30 days...i never knew that was the agreement....i'm so mad and broke even more now...........
