I purchased herbal products from NutraSupport.com on 11.3.2014 and was billed $99.51, the product was not forthcoming. I was then billed a second amount on 2.4.2014 for a further $97.27.
In contacting my bank re the pending withdrawal I am informed that I would need to cancel my keycard and then contact the bank after being issued a new card to see if they could have my funds returned.
It appears that the bank requires the said company NutraSupport.com's permission before they can reverse the payments.
