I put in a order with them in November and received an email a week later stating that half of my order was our of stock. Even though almost half of my order was missing I was charged for all of of he merchandise. When I received my order it was smaller than stated and my models could not fit any of the clothing.. I submitted an RMA request as suggested on the website to get a return label to return everything. I also called and left several voice mails. I even had my lawyer wrute , fax, and call to try and resolve this. After filing a claim I received an email from one of their reps stating she was going to return my money for the missing items and see what she can do for the rest. I responded and gave all the information asked but she has yet to respond. I am very upset in how this situation is still be handled. I am out of a lot of money.
