Pop up on the computer- 99p for anti-ageing cream- no mention of further payments.... one payment of £89 and another 3 weeks later of £95.95 just taken from my account without any notice or permission......... how could i have been so stupid- rang my bank and was told that many customers had been taken in..... they gave me the phone number of the company 02033566290.( had many complaints they said) Someone there told me that it wasn't their fault that i hadn't read the policy............ no refund allowed they said- and then another flippin pot arrived in the post this week! How can these people sleep at night????? Nothing i can do but learn to keep away from the laptop........
