I ordered the introductory product for $39.95 which came to $51.95 with shipping and handling. I was disappointed because the fill & freeze only had enough product for 2 days even the extra "free" fill& freeze lasted maybe a couple of days. I was checking my bank statement about 2 weeks later and lo and behold I saw another charge from Beach Body for $61.95. I called after a lengthy hold time & asked why they charged me & was told it was my next 30 day auto ship. I advised customer service rep that it hadn't been 30 days since I received my first kit. He didn't acknowledge what I said. He just kept over talking telling that I would be billed again on May 30 for another kit. I told him to cancel the kit they were sending me then and any future kits which he advised had already been shipped on Sunday. He said I could send back the kit once I got it. When I asked him his name he hung on me. I got the kit on Friday and I will be sending it back. I have filed a complaint with my bank and was advised to cancel my debit card which I have done.
