I have asked repeatedly for a return address to send back faulty goods. All other questions answered before on email. This enquiry remains ignored over and over. I ordered seven dresses from them. Arrived in several different parcels costing me additional unnecessary customs and duties, even though I asked them specifically not to do that and they agreed before shipment. Two dresses are in the wrong colour (they replied..'but we think it is still pretty colour anyway no?' ?? One is the wrong size and is massive!, another has faulty stitching straight across the bust where it is most obvious, and the child's flower girl dress has a faulty zip that won't do up either on nor off the child. The items are not what I ordered, either because they are the wrong colour to match the others (ie each other), they are faulty, or they have been made too big (even though I paid extra for custom measurements!). Instead of the return address I need and have now demanded from them, Dream Prom have told me the colour of the dresses I didn't order and don't want is still pretty anyway, they are sorry the other doesn't fit, no mention of the faulty stitiching on the adult bridemaid dress I also complained about, and they will pay 'part of the cost of me having a replacement zip' fitted here in the uk??? I really really think not! So what the hell are they talking about?
