I ordered the online 'trail' sample of day and night cream for £4.99 & £2.99. I received 1 of the creams which I realised was a cheap, thin lotion of something not effective at all. I have not yet bothered to collect the other lotion from the post office. After checking my bank today, I found that they have taken £89.99, £4.99, £2.99 then £95.00! I have contacted the bank and they have advised that there is nothing I can do about this as I have given them my debit card details. I have tried ringing the company, the voice automation asks me to press a key and hold which I will not do as I am sure they will keep me on hold and charge me a horrendous amount for the privilege. I have emailed the company but do not expect to hear back. I am absolutely devastated. DO NOT ORDER THIS CREAM, THE COMPANY WILL SIGN YOU UP TO SOMETHING AND WIPE OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND THE CREAM IS PROBABLY WORTH ABOUT 5p!
