I ordered a coach bag which I think it's authentic because it claims on http://www.coachoutletustore.com/page.html?id=1 on October 2, 2011. (before I orderd I mailed to ask about import tax, it said I don't need to pay for that)

After that I tracked to item and it arrived Thailand at Laksi for Thai customs inspection, I received the notice to pay for import tax around $48, I went to ask for reduce tax. Finally, I must paid $33 for tax and took the item on Oct. 13, 2011. After I took a look at the bag, it has no leather tag inside (on the web site it has only 1 picture), so I mailed back to ask that it's fake coach bag? but no answer (usually he reply quickly). Yesterday I got my credit card statement which charged from BEIJING, China. First, I think it has a mistake from credit card company because I never buy any thing from China!! After I checked for the date, I really understand that it's charge for the coach bag, made me so sure that it's not authentic one. I mailed to the company yesterday as follow:

Today I just get my credit card statement, it shows in the description "VANESSA MARSAN BEIJING CN CNY 550.16 " , at first sight I think it has something wrong because I think I never buy any thing from China. But later I found that my last mail I asked you about the bag I bought is authentic coach or not, but you never reponse (refer to your claim on web page : http://www.coachoutletustore.com/page.html?id=1 that your products are 100% authentic, so how can I do with this? and when I ordered in USD (total $82.88 exclude import tax I must pay about $33), it disappointed me so much. You make me to never trust any thing from China!!

You can guest that I don't get any response again until today I search about this email address [email protected] and found that there are many scam reports. This is my first order which shipping directly from the merchandise, I would like to know about import tax which someone said sometimes no charge (random check) but I'm unlucky to be charged and got fake thing!!
