Had a phone call from Pearl media offering a google campaign - buy 1 month get 1 free for £199. They got our bank details & apparently emailed the contract to us ( never received ) After helping themselves to 3 payments we cancelled the payments with our bank & contacted them to say we never authorised this. They now want another payment & say we have to give them 1 month written cancellation. We have had no proof that any work was done & the add words they used were already been used by ourselves on google - total trickery! Anyone got any advice on how to deal with these people?
