On 7th April ECHST took 3 separate payments of £108.75 from my bank account using my direct debit card. This is a new account which I haven't used on-line and I definitely did not use it pay for a porn site which apparently this company acts on behalf of. When contacted they immediately agreed that they would 'bar' my card and refund the money. However this is not likely to happen is it? In the meantime I have cancelled my card with the bank and they are taking out a disputed payment claim with Visa. I will post again on this site if I am able to get a refund.
