Two charges to my credit card from a company I had never heard of.
I called the 888-896-4942 number and spoke with an individual who said my "membership" would be discontinued and the charges restored to my credit card.
I then called my credit card company fraud department who cancelled the card and said it would investigate "Slender Guide MD "SLNDguide"
