I was introduced to a free trial offer, only to find that to cancel the "free" offer, there is a 20% restock fee. This is about 24 dollars, plus the return and tracking fee for the trial offer to be returned. Nowhere on the site I got the offer from does it say there is a restock fee, but the regalcigs site does. The inconsistency resulted in confusion. The woman I spoke to, Sara, would not listen and I am quite annoyed.
