I was ripped off and got less than half of my money back.
This is the message I have just sent to see if I get a response
"I asked for a refund and only got part of it back. brokers have the right to retain about £5 for admin fees, however you only refunded me £32 out of £69.72 . I am unemployed and was enquiring about assistance, instead you ripped me off and STOLE the remaining £37 ish. I find it disgusting that you hide behind a vague explanation behind your right to withhold fees.
I would like a detailed breakdown of the fees retained and a full explanation of that purpose. Furthermore, if I do not receive the rest of my money I will take you to a small claims court. I am unemployed, I get legal aid, it will cost your company much more money in legal fees than it would have to just refund my money. I will also be contacting CAB and my local MP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!"
