Ordered front & rear seats for Shogun and paid £750 direct transfer into their bank account expecting delivery within 2 days. After 5 weeks and countless phone calls, the front seats and trim arrived. No sign of rear seats, which we put on the delivery note we signed. Contacted again, countless phone calls, when they did answer the phone, was fobbed off and the excuse was that the delivery company were to blame, that they were in a hub somewhere. It is so frustrating. We are based in North Devon and have now emailed them to say that we are willing to drive to their premises to return the seats and get a full refund, but have had no reply. After reading other feedback, we are losing all hope. WHY are they allowed to continue to rip people off. The tag line on their webpage is an absolute joke...."We are a family run business and take pride in what we do and always meet our targets" Pride in ripping people off? Meeting targets of the number of people ripped off each month?
